How to Redeem Your Skyway Tickets

- Receive QR codes for the onward and return skyway tickets along with your bus ticket via email.

- Simply scan the QR code on your mobile or printed voucher at the 'standard' turnstile on any of the 3 stations (Awana Station, Chin Swee Station, or Sky Avenue Station) and enter the gate directly.

- One-way tickets have no restrictions on the destination, allowing you to board or alight at any of the 3 stations.

Skyway Ticket Booking Policy -

• The skyway QR codes remain valid until the mentioned date, even if the bus tickets are canceled.
• Skyway tickets cannot be rescheduled along with the bus tickets. However, they can be used until the validity date.
• The Skyway ticket booking is non-refundable.

Things to Note for Your Skyway Gondola Ride :

• Children with a height of 90cm or below can enter free of charge.
• In the event of Awana SkyWay maintenance closure, cable car services will commence at the Genting Skyway Station, a 15-minute drive away from Awana Station.
• The management is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay resulting from the use of this service.
• Each standard gondola can accommodate up to 10 passengers, including children. You may share the gondola with other passengers.
• Passengers are allowed to bring one aircraft cabin size bag measuring 22in x 14in x 9in. Oversized baggage will incur a surcharge of MYR 20 per trip, or it can be stored at the Baggage Storage Service at Level 2 of the Awana SkyWay building for MYR 10 for 24 hours.
• Wheelchairs and strollers are allowed on the gondola, but they must be foldable for safety reasons as per the operator's regulations.
